What are the university/college tuition fees in Europe?

abc asked:

I know that North American colleges/universities (both public and private) charge extremely high tuition fees. What about the colleges/universities in Europe? Do they also charge a lot?

I’m particulary interested in what the top schools in France, Germany, Switzerland, and UK charge their citizens for university/college education. (For both bachelor’s and masters’ programs.)

Thanks in advance for your answers.

How to get into a very good college/university?

mz_annabananazzz asked:

Hi. I am currently a freshman in high school. Freshman year is almost over. I only obtained three quarters of second honors, and I am aiming for first honor this quarter. When I was in grade school, I have been an honor student since 4th grade. Whether it was first, second, or effort honors. I am currently attending a U. S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon School located in New York City. I am probably one level up ahead of the lowest class schedule for the freshmen. I received some information from my guidance counselor have been told that colleges and even better universities look for a person who can challenge his/herself. What else can I do to get into a very good university (tuition aiming above 25,000, not including general fee and/or dorm) and possibility getting a full, 4 year scholarship?
that is going to be hard.

is university education supposed to be cheap?

manz asked:

i live in malawi and was arguing with workmates on how cheap university education is in malawi. they argued that it is very expensive and alot of people fail to attain this. my question is that shud the education be cheap or expensive?

they also argue that its because of our economy that is making education expensive since it is not doing quite well that is why a lot of malawians live below the poverty line and the university fees are high and people do not afford to oay. but my arguement is despite the power economy shud university education be cheap?

I want to get a business diploma from a university near College Station, Texas?

J. asked:

I will move to live in College Station very soon. I want to get a diploma in business from a community college or any other college which doesn’t require very high fees. I already have a bachelor’s degree in education, but my GPA was not high at all. Also, my school grades were not that good. But I am really eager to get a business diploma. Please help me.
Please suggest colleges/universities for me.
Thank you very much.
Thank you Paul R

But first of all I cannot afford a graduate degree.
Second of all, with my GPA, I cannot be accepted to graduate school.
Third, I have a limited period of time to do a degree and then I’ll be leaving the US (1.5-2 years).
What should I do?
